Most of us know that show, you know, What Not To Wear. And while that show is great, it’s usually not what you think of when you are trying to decide what to wear to your session. It can be difficult to really figure out exactly what to pick out of your closet, heck maybe it’s not even in there yet (shopping, yay). In this series, I plan to show you some good ideas what to wear for different types of sessions. Enjoy!

I was totes excited when my co-worker Heidi asked me to do her son’s senior photos. It was just the motivation I needed for getting my photo biz going. {So, thank you Heidi}

Nick (who turned 18 yesterday-wooo!) was a very impressive young man. I couldn’t believe his knowledge of computers. Being a computer nerd myself I found the conversation to be fantastic. He is a great kid and I can see him creating the next big app or something like that!

For the Love of It

I have a confession to make. I have a serious crush…no more than a crush…a full on love affair with photography. I can’t tell you when it started, I just know it has always been there. Through middle school and high school, every event, I had my camera. And every year I continue to grow into the love even more.

My passion.

My love.

It all comes down to being able to capture that one moment of happiness, joy, love. I want to capture ‘true’ emotion. Yours. Your kids. That is why I do this. My passion breeds true amazingness when partnered with you.

I am so excited to start this journey. These are images I have taken of family and friends in the past.

And I truly ready to share this adventure with you all.
